The YAKSHA consortium gathered in Brussels from January 29th until the 31th for a fruitful project meeting and a Business Model Workshop.
During the first two days, the partners discussed and reviewed the progress and achievements of the first 12 months of the project. The third day was then dedicated to a Business Model Workshop, moderated by project partner VTT. The goal of the workshop was to initiate a discussion on the future business model, commercial potential and exploitation of YAKSHA. Participants included the project partners, members of the Advisory Board as well as external participants. The participants were split into four thematic groups, and each group prepared and elaborated a Business Model Canvas and a Business Environmental Map according to various scenarios. The day ended with each group presenting their vision on the future of YAKSHA.
The consortium left with a lot of takeaways and new, interesting ideas generated, which will be embedded in the future activities and strategy of the project.
